Hotel Accommodations:
Rooms are limited and prices are rising due to the marathon, so we recommend booking your hotel as soon as possible to secure the best options and rates.

Restaurant Reservations:
Restaurants will be in high demand, so please make lunch/dinner reservations early to avoid long wait times.

Transportation:
Expect heavy traffic and road closures due to the marathon. Allow extra time for travel, especially if using ride-shares like Uber.

Yes! A shuttle service will be available from the Pendry Hotel to The Exchange, with departures starting at 4:30 PM and continuing at regular intervals until the ceremony begins at 5:30 PM. Please meet in the side lobby by the Venteux Restaurant to board the trolley.

Please note there will be no shuttle services at the end of the night.

Although we absolutely love your little ones, we’ve chosen to make this a celebration for adults only. We hope this gives you the chance to enjoy a night off!

Black tie optional allows guests the flexibility to either go fully formal or choose a slightly less formal look. Men typically opt for a tuxedo with a bow tie, or choose a dark suit and tie for a slightly more relaxed but still polished appearance. Women typically wear a floor-length dress, paired with heels and accessories. The key is to maintain a refined, dressy look that suits your personal style!
